By using www.vidonut.com you agree to these terms. Please read them; they are short.

1. The service

Vidonut is a free online video editor and PDF text editor that runs in your browser. We may change, add or remove features at any time, and we may stop the service.

2. Your content

You keep all rights to the videos, images, audio, text and documents you edit with Vidonut. We don't claim any ownership of your content, and because it is processed on your device, we don't receive it. Videos you export have no watermark and are yours to use, including commercially.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you create and for having the rights to use it. You agree not to use Vidonut to:

• make content that is illegal, or that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
• harass, threaten or harm others, or make sexual content involving minors;
• make deceptive content meant to impersonate a real person or mislead people, such as fake voices or captions presented as real;
• attack, overload or try to break the website, or copy the site to offer it as your own service.

4. AI features

Captions, translations, voices and other AI results are generated automatically and can contain mistakes. Please check them before you publish. Some AI models are provided by third parties under their own open-source licenses.

5. Our site

The Vidonut name, logo and website design belong to us. Open-source components used by the editor remain under their own licenses.

6. Copyright complaints

If you believe something on our website infringes your copyright, email contact@vidonut.com with a description of the work, where it appears on our site, and your contact details.

7. No warranty

Vidonut is provided free and "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it working, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Keep copies of your original files.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Vidonut is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data, files, profits or work, arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Using Vidonut after a change means you accept the new terms.
